Assistant Women's Tennis Coach / Athletics

Job Description:
Assist with all phases of the ISU Division I women's tennis program including recruiting, conducting of practices, conditioning, team travel, competitive events, and administrative duties in adherence with university, Big 12 Conference and NCAA policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and recruit the academically qualified and athletically talented student-athlete. Contribute to and enhance a competitive athletic experience. Establish and maintain an environment conducive to the well being and academic success of the student-athlete. Maintain effective interaction with students, colleagues, university staff, administrators, alumni and the public.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Experience coaching or competing in tennis at a highly competitive level.

Preferred Qualifications:
NCAA Division I tennis experience as athlete or coach. Experience coaching female tennis athletes.

Salary:
Hiring range starts at $18,000- $22,000 for 9 months. Includes full benefits package.

Special Conditions:
This is an interim position for one season, but may be renewable.
